He lost a hefty 30lbs after embarking on weight loss reality show Celebrity Fit Club.
But nearly a year on, it seems Kevin Federline is nearly back to where he started.
The 32-year-old former dancer looked like he had piled on the pounds as he ran errands with his five-year-old son Sean Preston near their California home yesterday.

Larger than life: A fuller-figured Kevin Federline looked he had over-indulged at Christmas as he ran errands with his son Sean Preston in California yesterday

Well fed: Federline seems to have piled the pounds back on since appearing in celebrity fit club last year
His baggy outfit of grey hoodie, blue T-shirt and jeans didn't do much to disguise his weight gain.

ShareLast February, the star weighed in at a staggering 232 pounds at the beginning of the VH-1 reality show and looked a far cry from the svelte, handsome dancer that caught ex-wife Britney Spears' eye back in 2004.
After he lost all his targeted 30lbs, he vowed: 'There's no way I will ever, ever go back to that.'
Pre-Fit Club, Kevin's diet consisted of fatty junk foods and up to 24 cans of soda a day.

Weight loss: Federline managed to achieve his goal of losing 30 pounds during his time on the show

In his prime: Kevin looked slim and toned back in 2005
'I drank 12-24 cans of soda a day, not diet,' he confessed. 'That was my coffee, that was my candy, that was my cake.
'I didn't drink coffee, eat candy, I didn't eat cake,' he added. 'I ate pizza, macaroni and cheese, all that, so the combination of the two just added up real fast.'
'I looked pregnant, it was upsetting,' Kevin said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight before joining the show.
'So between not working out, and turning 30 years old, [the weight] started coming on real fast. I had my own mother telling me she’s worried about my health.
'I couldn't run around with my children as much,' he said, 'I was being lazy and over-eating.
'I've always been a fit guy, so those were wake-up calls for me.'
Federline, who had been branded 'K-Fat' by some Britney Spears fans, dropped the pounds by adopting a healthy diet and vigorous work out regime.
He said: 'I feel healthy, I feel normal again. I wake up I want to get out of bed, I don't want to stay in bed and eat all day and not go anywhere.'
However, on today's evidence, he appears to have returned to his old habits.
Meanwhile, his ex wife yesterday tweeted the new rather sultry cover art for her forthcoming single Hold It Against Me.
The 29-year-old singer, who is dating agent Jason Trawick, revealed that the new song is set to be released in the next few days.
