The buyer of a $68 million property in one of Florida's most exclusive neighborhoods will not only be getting stunning waterfront views, a sprawling glass mansion, and celebrity neighbors — they'll also be buying a little piece of history.

27 Star Island Drive is one of 35 residences on Miami's Star Island, a small island in the southeast corner of Biscayne Bay, according to listing agent Dina Goldentayer at Douglas Elliman. It's just one of the many islands in the area that the ultra-wealthy call home.

The property includes two buildings: a modern house completed in 2019, and a 1920s guest house, which was built by renowned Miami architect Walter De Garmo as the first residence on Star Island, Robb Report reported.
