TAUNTON PLUMBING & HEATING ON HEART
JANUARY 2011 - RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk) apply to 'Taunton Plumbing & Heating' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 10th to Sunday 23rd January 2011 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Somerset.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1) Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 10th January and and close at 23:59 on Sunday 23rd January 2011.

1.2 Entrants must answer a question and register their details online for a chance to win.

1.3 The winner will be randomly selected from all correct eligible entries and contacted by a member of the Heart promotions team within 28 days of the competition closing date. 

2) Eligibility

2.1 Entrants must be 18 or over and live within the Heart Somerset transmission area

3) Prize

3.1 The prize is the supply and installation of a new bolier, plus the contents of a ‘cosy night in' including 3 x DVDs, a DVD player and a food and wine hamper.  Any terms and conditions attached to the prize by Taunton Plumbing and Heating must be adhered to. 

3.2 Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize. Delivery of prizes, either by street marketing teams or via post/courier will only be to addresses within the Heart Somerset Transmission area.
